JM Financial Securities Private Limited is engaged in the origination and distribution of debt (local, foreign and structured) for leading corporates, public sector companies, banks and institutional investors. The division undertakes local and foreign currency debt financing solutions through the origination and structuring teams. It also undertakes short term borrowings (commercial paper and non-convertible debentures) for the Group’s rated entities. In addition, the division deals with trading and retailing of PSU bonds, state government guaranteed bonds, central government securities and state development loans.
